and then set
Telco options-> Call Type=Perm/Switched
the call will be redialed whenever the link dies,
AND every [MaxCallDur] minutes the link will disconnect then redial.
you must enter the items in the order above,
because once you set Call Type=Perm/Switched
the Max Call Duration field displays "N/A",
but it continues to do its job even when hidden.
so now you ask, "what good is that?"
I have one customer using NAT on a p50,
with a nailed connection, dialed from me to them.
occasionally they will have network slowdowns which
we THINK are memory allocation problems with the NAT,
if I disconnect them every 60 monutes, problem disappears.
