	You know. I once heard this lady could...  Rumors or
mis-information is just bad. We have MULTIPLE P130's Running P-T-P T1's
and FR T1's.  They handle T1's just fine, Even using FR under a FULL CIR
with Multiple PVC's (Thanks Kevin).  Latency can be a problem if you think
a T1 spread 100 miles apart through 3 CO's should be less than 12ms.
