re: 1-900-# confusion

What confused me is that it suddenly appeared on the voice mail menu and it
came before the option of "4. To speak to an Ascend Support Engineer" or
whatever.

For me, because I can get impatient with voice mail systems, the first
option strikes you right away of hearing 1-900, it isn't until near the end
of the options that you find out you can speak to an Ascend Support Engineer.

Maybe if it first came onto the menu as "If you would like to hear how to
get instant Premium Tech Support by paying a toll charge, press 2" or
something..

By the way, the new voice has become a little less "bubbly" on the Tech
Support menu, which is nice. It offers a bit more of "we have concern for
your problem" attitude then "isn't life just the best.." :)
