(ASCEND) Stock Price Reason

Hi all,  I have lurked here for a long time and sold and installed about
$200K of Ascend gear in the past year.

It is very apparent why Ascend Stock should be slipping

1)  Tech support is slipping very faster than the stock..

2)  Ascend is not supporting the reseller community.  I just lost a $30K
sale because Ascend salespeople offered a get two (Max 4048) , get
something free deal that "was not available through resellers"   Cisco
and others are vastly improving their reseller support.

3)  Attitude at Ascend. They want me to buy a support contract before
they will answer questions in a timely contract.  Other hardware vendors
pay us (warranty credits) when we have to get patches to make the
product work to the manufactures specifications.

4)  Competing products that I have used recently have had far fewer time
eating glitches.
