:) I remember being in this situation working for another, very much
smaller ISP. We'd been around a while - got into the classic ISP trap of
supporting everyone with everything.
Turns out to be a delicate balance of dictating what customers' should
use, and making our stuff work with buggy/broken clients.
At the end of the day - the customer is No. 1. They just what something
simple that works and doesn't cost much.
