it's an ICMP echo request packet, a.k.a. a ping.
>From 192.168.100.102 to 165.227.2.10.
Ascend:
Some time ago "decoder.exe" written by Marc Bongartz (Ascend Germany??)
was put on the ftp site, by accident I understand. Since been redrawn.
How about giving that to your customers? It's a great help and only
people who would manually debug would use it, i.e. professionals. You
could even put up big signs like "DISCLAIMER..." - but just help us poor
bug hunters!
