(ASCEND) Pipeline 50 Config Question
I inherited a Pipeline 50 at work. I am trying to set it up so that I can
call from home into the office and connect to our lan. I should mention
that the manual to the P50 is nowhere to be found. I have looked for one
on the Ascend page but the link to the user manual is broken.
I have most everything working except for the default gateway. Here is the
situation in a nutshell. We have a Cisco 7206 that is our main router and
is the router I want to be my default gateway, it is xxx.xxx.136.2 My P50
sits on the same network with the address xxx.xxx.136.250 My computer at
home is getting the address xxx.xxx.136.251 Now when I dial from home,
everything connects up fine but my PC shows a default gateway of
xxx.xxx.136.251 which I don't understand. I must have something set wrong
in the P50. Could someone please tell me what I should set in the P50 so
that my default gateway will be xxx.xxx.136.2 ?
