(ASCEND) Pipeline 50 IPX routing over ISDN fails to bring up link

My link between two Pipeline 50s is not coming up automatically.

I have IP + IPX routing enabled.  My network numbers are correct etc.

If I do a Manual Dial on the Connection Profile it will come up.  However,
it is not "Dialing on Damand".  I see all my routes (networks in SHOW
NETWARE X) and servers when I Manual Dial.

I wanted my RIP/SAP traffic to keep link up 24x7, and redial always on link
failure.  I have Idle at 0 min for this.

Obviously I can not be there 24x7 to reestablish the link if should come
down. 

Ideas on what to look at.
