(ASCEND) Radius Ascend-Data-Rate for 56K

Anybody know how to tell if a user is connecting at speeds above 33.6?
I'm using Radius accounting, but the obvious field doesn't seem to work
correctly. I have a feeling that this has been covered before, but I
can't find a  searchable web site that is archiving this mailing list.
