Re: (ASCEND) Max 4048 & X2 Modems

S15=128 has worked wonders for our USR users.

We are running a Max 4048 (+5.0Ap24+) with channelized T-1.We have a
few users with USR X2 modems that are experiencing problems connecting
to the Max. They are reporting a good connectiong but after 2-3 minutes
the throughput slows to a crawl or either diconnects within 1-2 minutes.
We have a few analog (microcom) modems on standard circuits and they
get stable 33.6K connections on these modems.

We have had them try using AT&FS32=34 in the init string to disable
the X2 and utilize the ,,,, after the dial string. Neither seems to
provide any better results.

Any suggestons?
