i may be wrong but... since you home network is effectively a part of the
office network, the office PC think that the home LAN is actually in the
office and none of the office PCs will attempt to use the office Pipeline as
a gateway. you need to set Proxy arp=always and Adv Dialout Routes=Always
on the office pipeline to have it broadcast arp information.
