Set the ips to pool only.. but the radius entry should look something like
this:

johndoe Password = "UNIX"
        User-Service = Framed-User,
        Framed-Protocol = PPP,
        Framed-Address = 200.200.200.200,
        Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
        Ascend-Idle-Limit = 3600,
        Ascend-Maximum-Time = 64800

Replace johndoe with the correct user id. Replace Framed-Address with the
correct ip. Replace netmask with a different one if it's subnetting.
Replace idle limit with the one you want.. we use this for an hour. And
the Maximum time is the very longest they can stay on ... max or not.

Does that answer your question? :-)
