Wow! Kevin, I just can't resist to congratulate you on this statement!
Did you ever consider becoming a political figure, speaker for the
Government or such? :-)

(You'll probably say "I _am_ a political figure, ain't I?")

Excuse me for this non-technical remark:
I think you are doing really a wonderful job in collecting all the
bullets from the Ascend user community. And staying sane all the time
even if discussion turns to flaming. For me, your participation in this
list reassures me from time to time that Ascend is listening and willing
to support their customers (if not always being able to do so...). Great
job.
