RE: (ASCEND) BGP 4 ?




Look into the Cisco 7200.  It's cheap, powerful, and it's the best way to
do BGP to date.  The MAXen are RAS (Remote Access Server) equipment, and
BGP is best handled by edge/core routers like the Cisco line and the GRF
400 or 1600 (I've use both and prefer the Cisco though some swear by the
GRF).
