(ASCEND) Max 5.0Ap36

The 5.0Ap36 (MAX 400x, 1800, 2000, 200+) has been given to support. This
release contains the following corrections:

For the MAXs:
TR#		Description

n/a		FE 108/FE 8 when CHAP and STACKING enabled
n/a		MP Stack Radius Acct is missing Framed Address info
n/a		M1800's and 2000's still fall over with 16 or 19 blinks
n/a		ATMP HA inactivity timer not reset with GRE data
n/a		FE104 and 106 in PPP calls
n/a		m2dbri won't build.


Enhancements:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
		No enhancements


Note: This release contains V1.140N-K56_DLP_CSM of the Rockwell modem code.
