This would be entirely dependent on which RADIUS server you are using.
Your note does not say.  If you are using Ascend RADIUS (the free stuff)
then you have the source code and so you can certainly add this feature
yourself or pay someone to add it for you.

If you are using something like RadiusNT or Steelbelted RADIUS or Ascend
Access Control then the feature may already exist - check your documentation
or release notes.
