I am trying to get a multilink call from a cisco 1003 to our max4000 to work. I have set Encaps=MP on the Max, but everytime the cisco calls in to add a second B channel, the Max reports a LAN security error (c=101,p=67). Has anyone every got a 128k connection from a cisco to ascend equipment? If so, what software versions or other tricks are needed? max4000 5.0Ap5, cisco 1003 IOS 10.3(7) Cheers, Michiel ++ Ascend Users Mailing List ++ To unsubscribe: send unsubscribe to ascend-users-request@bungi.com To get FAQ'd: <http://www.nealis.net/ascend/faq>

Follow-Ups:

Re: (ASCEND) cisco <> ascend

From: Phillip Vandry <vandry@Mlink.NET>

Prev by Date: Re: (ASCEND) Change in defaults when upgrading from 4.x to 5.0Ap13?

Next by Date: Re: (ASCEND) Ap33 - Lan Security Error

Prev by thread: Re: (ASCEND) Question about security

Next by thread: Re: (ASCEND) cisco <> ascend

Index(es):

Main

Thread
