We have a Cisco 25xx connected to a Max 4000 via isdn. Everything is OK but I could not establish a callback by the Cisco (Max establish the connexion, Cisco disconnects and callbacks) Cisco tech supp said me that the Cisco boxes are RFC1570 compliant (RFC 1570 describes LCP extensions including a callback negociation extension) but Maxen are not Debug logs on the Cisco show indeed that the Max doesnt negociate callback Cisco tech supp said that my config on the Cisco box is OK (or should be OK if the other side would be another Cisco .....) Any idea anybody ? PS : I had no problem to establish callback between a Max and a P50 Gérard Cany Symphonie - MNet Parc Technologique de la Pompignane 34 055 Montpellier Cedex 1 tel : 04 67 34 65 76 e-mail : gerard@mnet.fr ++ Ascend Users Mailing List ++ To unsubscribe: send unsubscribe to ascend-users-request@bungi.com To get FAQ'd: <http://www.nealis.net/ascend/faq>

Prev by Date: Re: (ASCEND) Pipeline 5.1Ap4 bug ?

Next by Date: Re: (ASCEND) Pipeline 5.1Ap4 bug ?

Prev by thread: (ASCEND) MAX 4000 subnet mask

Next by thread: (ASCEND) Ascend's stock

Index(es):

Main

Thread
