I'll bet you have DASS-II lines from BT? OK to fix this phone BT up and ask to change from DASS-II to q.931 and PRESTO your problems will be solved. We had this issue with Cable London when I was at Easynet, Pavilion had it with Nynex as well and Demon had it with one PRI connected to [I think BT for the Cambridge pop Peter?] We made Cable London upgrade their entire network to do this :-) [Remember that fun Chrisy? :-)] [BT never offered the q.931 for a while but they do now.] Cheers, Neil -- Neil J.
