Note: To use ANY Lucent (ex-Livignston) RADIUS server version 2.0 or
higher you *must* own at least one piece of PortMaster HW. Any PortMaster
qualifies. If you do, they you can use the server with any NAS.
If you do NOT own and PortMaster HW, then it is illegal to use the Lucent
RADIUS servers version 2.0 of higher. Check the license agreement that
comes with the software when you download it.

Note that this License applies to binary as well as the the source (this
is the source code download CGI).
