Re: (ASCEND) I hate to ask questions like this...
I should shoot you people for this advice for the Max4048!!!!!!!!!
If you turn the proxy mode off then no DNS lookup with occur on the 6.1.3
release of the Max4048. I just did it and suddenly all of my customer could
*NOT* get around on the DNS. I even verified this calling myself on the Max4048
but my Livingston 2E30's were fine.
!!!!DO NOT TURN OFF THE PROXY MODE OR YOU WILL BE SERIOUSLY <this is a family
list>!!!!
