(ASCEND) Re: Learned the Hard Way



This has been my experience too.  And if you don't like the
proprietary "Powerchute" software that comes bundled for free
with a lot of the APC UPS's, you can always buy the very standard
SNMP adapter board.  I have had APC UPS's fail over the past 6
years -- but they've been much more reliable than the other
brands we've used.
