(ASCEND) Access Control on WinNT and Accounting

Hi

My problem:

1. I installed Ascend Access Control Ai10 on a WinNT Server with SP3 
loaded, the server is a BDC to use WinNT authentication.
2. The Client is using A MAX 4030 with 6.1.3 firmware installed.
3. Authentication worked fine until I enabled accounting on the MAX this 
completely stopped the AAC server from responding to requests from the MAX 
the it then seems as only the Pseudo-users is appearing in the logs.
4. I can get the software authenticating again by stopping and starting the 
services and resetting the max a couple of times. But when I enable 
accounting on the max it immediately stops authenticating users
5. I was advised bay TAC to use ports 1812 and 1813 instead on 1645 and 
1646 but this did not help.
6. I installed Access Control on my laptop this works fine with 
authentication and accounting so it looks as it is a problem with that 
specific server, the customer do not want to reinstall the server.
7 We also uninstalled and installed the software and even loaded Ai11 but 
the problem is still there.

Is there someone with the same problem or with some advice.
