(ASCEND) Going the Step Beyond

Thanks to Greg here (and some of his friends) in assisting with my Max 4004
Problem.  He called LD from Canada on 'his dime' and helps us with the
setup of a Problem Max unit (not accepting calls - NFAS with 3 Pri's).  Out
of the Blue, I would never expect such service even from a company that we
might have bought equipment from. (this is actually the first time I had
ever talked to Greg - out of the ISP-Equipment List).  Kudos for going a
step beyond!
