Nope, we are sending RIP only.

Sending and recieving RIP with more than a couple of Maxen seems to 
slow things right down.

Are the Cisco's picking the routes up OK, and just the Maxen which 
are having problems?

I guess that if their ISDN disconnects, and reconnects on a different 
MAX, before the RIP hold-down timer has expired, then their new route 
will be slow getting installed.
