Hello,

Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions to my problem (no routing from
dial-up connections to the network).  Turns out it was a basic assumption
error; for some reason I thought the MAX would automatically respond to all
IP addresses in its pool.  Don't ask why, it's been a stressful week. :)

Now that I've got it working, I have another question.  I can turn on Proxy
ARP in the MAX to have it respond to IP addresses of active connections, or
I can list explicit routes for those IP addresses in the gateway router to
direct packets bound for dial-up connections to the MAX's IP address.
Which is better?  Is there a reason not to have the MAX proxy ARP the
dial-up IPs, rather than route everything explicitly through the MAX's IP?
