(ASCEND) Where's the beef?

My Max 200s continue to hang left and right.  The tech I spoke with told me
to turn off bridging and upgrade
to 6.04.  I did the former.  But when I try to go to
ftp://ftp.ascend.com/pub/Software-Releases/Max/Current
I get an error message that "file or directory does not exist".  Again I've
been on hold for nearly an hour.
Can any of the good folk of the list know where else I might be able to
find 6.04 for the Max 200?  Also -
are there any special upgrade considerations going to this next level of
code.  I'd be upgrading from 5.0Ap42
and 5.0Ai16.  Thanks.
