(ASCEND) Busy Tone to Max when dialing thru a pbx
Hi,
We have a customer who dials thru a pbx with digital t1 trunk lines.
Then they call our Max they get a fast busy tone.
They get this even when dialing from a regular handset and we
know that the lines are not busy.
We have tried diabling/enabling ringback to no avail.
The local telco and pbx authorities don't seem to have a clue
but it appears to be something with the pbx dialing the max.
We have a Max4004 with K56Flex.
