(ASCEND) Max 6.0.7
Release 6.0.7 for the MAX family has been given to support.

A small minority of customers have reported abnormal modem disconnects
when using this release. This appears to be related to the use of link
compression (Stac, Stac-9, etc.). Ascend is investigating these
reports.
Ascend recommends disabling link compression on this release until the
investigation is completed.
This release has been reported to have fatal errors associated with the
use of MAX stacking. Customers using stacking should not use this
release.

Corrections:
TR 3066: Stacked MAX units did not refuse a second B channel.
TR 3185: Incoming calls hung and displayed an "r" state in the 10-100
window.
TR 3193: Authentication failures caused the MAX to reboot with Fatal
Error 2.
TR 3224: The MAX did not display the explicit century date.
TR 3238: Opening a disabled modem caused the MAX 4004 to reboot (FE1).
TR 3337: PPP Dialer caused unit to reset.
