(ASCEND) NO Dialout with Max4000

our hardware, isdn configuration:
max4000 with revision 6.0.7 ei.m40 and fe.m40 (tried the old 4.0
revisions and 5.0 revisions too and it did not work)

30 isdn channels ( 20 only dialin, 10 dialin/dialout) and the german
telekom says for dialout, as long as there is a free dialout channel
from the 10 dialin/dialout ones then automatically one of the 10
channels will be used. Dialin works with radius accounting.

i tried following configuration in the connection menu:

START=CONN=900=5
Station=miro
Active=Yes
Dial #=95031710
Calling #=611189790
Encaps options...Recv PW=test
Ip options...LAN Adrs=195.88.189.98/32
Telco options...Exp Callback=Yes
Telco options...Data Svc=64K

when starting a call in the connections-menu with ctrl-d call
the messages on the console says:

1. message
Outgoing Call
95031710

2. message
No Connection
Cause code 031 (= normal call clearing ??)

tracing the isdn protocoll on the receiver side shows NO connect-tries
on the data and communication isdn-channel.

i tried in Termserv mode too:
test 18970 data-svc=64k
with the same message results. 18970 is the telephon-no. for dialin to
this max. we are using no trunk groups.

After upgrading to rev. 6 the alarm light is always red but i dont know
why.

any comments whats going wrong would be very nice, pls. email
to my address, because i m still no subscriber of this mailing list.

thanks in advice
