The closest thing I can think of is that you can have per user default
routes. You can set a default route on a per user basis using
Ascend-IP-Direct.
But the box at the end of that would have to be some kind of hacked box
that considers all possible IP addresses to be local as the actual
destination address of the packet is not changed.
I don't think you can do exactly what you want.
Note that I can think of a way of implementing the above by hacking the
kernel if you have kernel source (e.g. you are using Linux).
