I'd like to see reformed documentation of the Disconnect Cause Code list.
Instead of vague, cloudy four word descriptions, how about at least a
paragraph on each one detailing the possible causes of the cause code,
etc.  Maybe troubleshooting flow charts and checklists could be
developed for each code.
