Absolutely correct, But we have to wait on Ascend to code that
end before we can eliminate those percentage of people that just
hang-up or turn off the ole puter. My numbers on abnormal disconnects
are just to too too high to believe that they are just powering
off their systems/modems.
Hopefully engineering can separate the calls that die because of a
retrains to another disconnect code. Or even if you can capture the
codes of calls that drop after no data has been sent for several minutes.
(My users often say that their IP goes dead), So they hang-up and dial
back in). To me this sounds like a massive retrain.
