Sorry, 'shot. As far as I can see, your setup *should* work. Here's
one of my P130s with a special map for telnet to configure the
router. I'm using 192.168/16 just like you. Also like you, I've
redirected telnet, smtp and web.
20-B01 NAT...
x Static Map 01
x >Valid=Yes
x Dst Port #=23
x Protocol=TCP
x Loc Port #=23
x Loc Adrs=192.168.1.9
FWIW I have Def Server=0.0.0.0 and both of the reuse address params
disabled. The above setup is running a special engineering release of
the software now because of we grief we had with the combination of
the firewall and NAT, but I'm confident that it also works with 5.1Ap9
and 5.1Ap4.
Try modifying the local port number: make it something like 2023
mapping to a destination of 23 and see if that makes any difference,
eg you telnet to port 2023 and get mapped to the real telnet port.
