<new filter filtername> creates the filter. Don't uses spaces in the name
or you won't be able to edit _or delete_ it! (That's a bug, not a feature.)

If you list the filter, you'll see they're laid out pretty-much like those
in Ascend's other boxes.

Ascend's 2.0.0 documentation, available in HTML on their FTP site at
ftp://ftp.ascend.com/pub/Doc/MaxTNT/2.0.X/tnt-2.0.0.zip, does a good job of
explaining it. If you're wrestling with older docs, scrap 'em and get the
new ones. MUCH better.
