Re: (ASCEND) URGETNT: 400t died during upgrade!

Thanks for all the responses (depite the typos in the subject :-). One of 
the first suggestions was right on: patience! The first few times I tried 
at 38400, the box rebooted, the last time making it come back up in the 
"CKCKCK" mode. I panicked because a) the previous reboots and b) it 
doesn't immediately "pickup" so I thought successive attempts were 
failing as well. Bah!

Anyway, it eventually took. Maybe now the reboots will stop.

The whole point of the upgrade: for almost a year now my rebooting 
problem has been gone. Ever since I got a switch to be exact (collision 
problem?). About 2 months ago, I changed our IP addresses. Since then, 
it's been rebooting left and right. All that changed was the IP address 
and default gateway. Nothing else!
