If you check Appendix B ("Attribute and Parameter Cross Reference") of the
MAX RADIUS Configuration Guide, you will see that the Ascend-Idle-Limit
RADIUS attribute corresponds to the Idle parameter. For an incoming call,
this would typically be the Ethernet>Answer>Session Options>Idle (see the
MAX 4000 Series Reference Guide for more info).
In order for the Answer profile Idle value to be used, you must set the Answer
profile parameter "Use Answer as Default" to "Yes", or else the built-in
default value will be used.
