You shouldn't be missing any records with RADIUS accounting. The MAX
should continue to re-send RADIUS accounting messages until it receives
an Accounting-Response or until the Backoff Q is full. Unless there is
a problem with (a) your MAX configuration, (b) your network, or (c) your
RADIUS server, you should not be losing messages.
RADIUS does not guarantee the order of delivery, so if you are using
scripts to summary the RADIUS accounting details files, they may become
confused if they are not carefully written. But you should not lose
records.

If you are using "Call Logging" then you are using RADIUS Accounting.
"Call Logging" sends duplicate RADIUS accounting messages to NavisAccess
to allow the SNMP manager to track calls without having to do an SNMP query.
So, if there is really a problem with RADIUS accounting, Call Logging
is not going to help you. In fact, it may make the problem worse.
