Hi,

I came across this user-group during searching the net.

We are having a high incidence of "Disconnect-Cause 11". On
one occasions I was connected via dialup and was not able to
browse or anything so when I disconnected and view my details
file my disconnect code was 11. 

Can you suggest anything I can try to correct the problem?
