Someone on this list sent me a message asking about my expierience with
3Com's RAS 1500.
Unfortunately, I accidently deleted the message before replying.  If you
are still out there and have
questions, fire away (just send me a personal email).

I will say here that if you want to feel better about Ascend's support,
try dealing with 3Com's (Ugh)!
