(ASCEND) Problems with DBA on a Pipe75

I'm experiencing some problems using DBA/MP+ on my Pipe75.

According to the documentation for rev 6.0 of the software, if a pipe has 2
data calls initiated to the same number, and an incoming voice call is
detected, then one of the data calls is dropped, and the voice call is routed
to the POTS jack.

Problem is, it dont work that way for me.

If I have both channels up with data calls (and they are to the same number)
and try dialing one of my SPIDs (either one), then I get a busy signal.

Various relevant bits of info:

Old style (slide switch) Pipe75: b.p75 load
6.0.2 of the software.
Switch Type: NTI
Phone 1 Usage = B
Phone 2 Usage = B
Phone Num Binding = No

Any suggestions?
