Re: (ASCEND) Overheating Maxen?



Apparently (finally heard back from Ascend support today) the problem I'm
having is likely due to an OSPF bug in 6.1.7 that causes resets w/ no FEs.

Nonetheless we're cooling the stack (the hot one in particular) with a box
fan set on "high".  It's keeping them quite cool now but the hot one is
still putting out a fair amount of heat.

Hopefully this will be due to that software bug and not a power supply
problem.
