(ASCEND) DNIS Auth/Filter

I want to limit users dialing in to a particular number to specific ip
address
I am using the following radius profile
8005553232      Password = "Ascend-DNIS"
        User-Service=Framed-User, Ascend-Require-Auth = Require-Auth,
        Ascend-Data-Filter = "ip in forward dstip 222.222.22.222/32"

joe     password = "smith"
        User-Service = Framed-User

When joe  smith dials 8005553232 the filter on the number is not in
effect If I say Not-Require-Auth the filter works but authentication is
broken.
Is there any way I can have the filter work on all users that dial in
to the 800 number. This is because they should be able to use all
network resources
if they dial into a non-800 number.I am using a MAX 4002 with +5.0Ap5+
