I'm quite sure he's talking about ISDN Cause codes because
A) There are several ISDN cause codes that go above 60,
Cause Code No. 88
The equipment sending this cause has received a request to establish a
call which has low layer compatibility, high layer compatibility, or other
compatibility attributes (for example, data rate) which cannot be handled.
B) There isn't a disconnect code 88 last time I checked.

The only other way to further debug BRI calls it is to drop into
debug and do a BRI display (bridis 64)

Then you will get data as follows :
BRI-XMIT-2: (task: B0276B10, time: 1494572.57) 4 octets @ B0566D40
[0000]: 00 C3 01 1D
BRI-RCV-2: (task: B0276B10, time: 1494572.58) 4 octets @ B05C39C0
[0000]: 00 C3 01 25
Capture this information and send it off to ascend support they have a
coolio program that will translate this to plain english.
