(ASCEND) ascend-menu-item and 0

If I use Ascend-Menu-Item in a user's radius entry to create a custom
entry, I can't find how to make one of the menu items to be `go to the
command line'.  Is it possible?  Furthermore, the 0 option is apparently
disabled regardless of the setting of Tserv Options -> Toggle Scrn.  Is
this really right?

What I was hoping was I could have one default menu for general users
and a special menu for administrators that allowed access to the
cmdline in case of emergency.  Guess we'll have to telnet in.

Max 2000 running 6.0.4.
