(ASCEND) cisco --> TNT

	Well, we've figured out our problem, and wanted to let you all know what 
it was.  Apparently there is some argument between the ciscos and the TNT 
on how to do PAP authentication.  PAP worked just fine on the Portmasters, 
but was failing to negotiate on the TNT.  We changed the ciscos to CHAP, 
and they started working again.
