(ASCEND) Shotgun

I have a user trying to use shotgun, which is new to us.
We are using Emerald/RadiusNT and an Ascend box.
I have Enabled a 2nd login in the Emerald client on the services tab.

I think he is using the daimond dual modem on 1 card.

He gets connected great with the first and then the second connects and boots him right away.
What should I look for in solving his problem.

He IS dialing into the same max with both modems.

HELP ASAP Please.
