Yes to all the above.

That is up to you - either will work. With the second way you will have to
rent a second 100-group of numbers from Telstra.

But why would you want to do an analogue/digital division?  I can't see
the advantage with Aus ISDN PRI.

Telstra put in an additional NT-device which plugs into one of your spare
WAN ports.
