RE: (ASCEND) e1 utilization

Is DNIS being sent to you from your E1 provider? NavisAccess gets DNIS
information from call logging. You need to configure your TNT's to send
call logging to the NavisAccess system.

Subject: (ASCEND) e1 utilization

I'm trying to get statistics on number of calls to a specific DNIS
(e.g. last night at 22:00 they were 1000 channels occupied on the E1's
for that specific DNIS). i have three maxtnt and the e1 connected to it
are in a complete mess, meaning, on every TNT there are some e1 from
every DNIS. There's no way i can separate them (meaning: for every TNT,
e1 from the same DNIS).
I have NavisAccess and tried every report, in vain.
please help.
