(ASCEND) Ascend Web Tech Support Form

It appears that Ascend's web form for submitting a Tech Support Request is
fubar'd.
You fill out the form in its entirety.  Then it comes back and says "You
must fill
out all required fields" - even if you HAVE filled out all required fields.
  And in the
process it dumps all the text you've typed into the form.  And if you think
 you can click
"back" and retrieve your efforts - no such luck.  So then you enter all the
info fields again and the text and THEN it accepts the form.  But when it
finally accepts
the form with the reassuring "Your request for technical support has been
submitted. Thank you."
...the text block is empty  - which makes you wonder it they received the
text of your
submission or not.  I verified this twice.  I was using MS Explorer 4.0.
Most annoying.
